These are my web travels for July 14th 2007 through July 27th 2007:
- Neomeme » Nine Cool Things You Didn’t Know You Could Do With Wikipedia – Great additional ways to use Wikipedia
- urlgreyhot | michael angeles – Nice Drupal powered site I came across
- 70+ Tools For Job Hunting 2.0 – These may come in handy as I’m currently on the market.
- TR’s July 2007 system guide – Powered by Newegg – The Tech Report – Page 1 – Good reference for determining components for my next computer purchase
- Internet Archive: Audio Archive – I’ve used archive.org for historical cached versions of web pages but wasn’t aware of their great library of audio and music until my friend pointed it out.
- Lorem Ipsum – All the facts – Lipsum generator – Very useful Lorem Ipsum generator that also provides the history behind this common dummy text used everywhere
- Compete – An interesting looking web analytics service
- Lijit | Home – This is a service that allows you to create a custom search engine. It allows the addition of the source data to roll your own engine and supports the ability to add content from all your profiles across Lifestream services. I will review this soon.
- NewTeeVee Five Free Services for Broadcasting Yourself Live « – Here’s a roundup of the up and coming live streaming services out there. This may be a good source to consider adding to a Lifestream if they allow saving of clips and providing rss feeds of them.
- Absinthe and Absinthe Accessories – I tried Absinthe a few years ago but it wasn’t official but more of a watered down version and I didn’t really feel anything. I am told this is the real stuff.
I like the idea of chronicling one’s web travels- thanks for the links.
The concept of lifestreaming as a whole is intriguing- at the same time futuristic and banal.
