is this reality?
January 1, 1990
that euphoric feeling
that comes from within
with things on the outside
that take their role
in this play called happiness
it comes to mind ever so infrequently
and when it does
i cheer for extension
as it ends too quickly
and with a strange wonder
as to when it will return
